To be completely transparent, I don’t know how I would have gotten through my pregnancy and labor without Jahlisa as my doula. I suppose I would have managed but I don’t even want to imagine it without her. She didn’t become my doula until my 3rd trimester and I wish I had her from the beginning. 

I am so glad that I decided to get a doula for my baby's birth. Jahlisa was extremely helpful and even that’s an understatement. Jahlisa was with me from the beginning to the end! I would highly recommend Jahlisa as a doula for anyone seeking. She was very informative and supportive.

To say my experience was amazing is an understatement. With this being my first pregnancy I didn't know where to start which was not a problem with Jahlisa, Ms.Doula came prepared to work! Jahlisa traveled to my home to assist me with setting up my nursery and making sure I had any last-minute items needed for my baby. She made sure all of my essentials were easily accessible and all “baby stations” were fully stocked. Also, the focus wasn't just on the baby, we prepared small self-care kits for me as well.
