Hello, My name is Jahlisa Murphy and I’m the owner of Be Affirmed Doula Services, we offer pregnancy & labor support and evidence-based information with care for the whole family.

Our Approach

As your doula, I am here to support you as you journey through pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum healing & recovery. All paths to parenthood look different and I am here to support you as you grow your family whether it’s through adoption, surrogacy, or biological parenting. Doulas are for EVERY birth and postpartum stage!

Finding the right doula for you and your family can be super difficult, this free 30- minute consultation will serve as as a meet & greet to discuss your personal needs, expectations, and concerns to decide if I am the right doula for you and your family.

Shortly after your discovery call you’ll receive an email with a detailed Services & Pricing Guide with all service packages, pricing, FAQs, and more! Select the Care Package that best fits you and your family’s needs.

REVIEW SERVICE & PRICING GUIDE

Once you have selected the perfect package for your needs you’ll receive a custom care agreement to sign along with an invoice to secure the deposit for services.

To say my experience was amazing is an understatement. With this being my first pregnancy I didn't know where to start which was not a problem with Jahlisa, Ms.Doula came prepared to work! Jahlisa traveled to my home to assist me with setting up my nursery and making sure I had any last-minute items needed for my baby. She made sure all of my essentials were easily accessible and all “baby stations” were fully stocked. Also, the focus wasn't just on the baby, we prepared small self-care kits for me as well.
